To Use Word document forms:
- Option 1:
- Open the form
- Print form
- Stamp or adhere company label with name and contact information
- Option 2:
- Open the form
- Click on the "Insert" menu on the menu bar at the top of the screen
- Click text box and choose the basic text box (The text box should appear on top of form. If not see text wrap instructions below)
- Type your company name and contact information into the box
- Click and drag the box to the desired placement on the form
- You can change the appearance of the box:
- click the "Format" menu on the menu bar at the top of the screen (or right click on the box)
- choose the format text box option
- under the colors and lines tab you can change or remove the fill color and the outline of the box
- Print form
- Option 3:
- Open the form
- Click on the "Insert" menu on the menu bar at the top of the screen
- Click picture and choose the file name for the logo to insert
- If the logo creates a second page and cannot be placed on top of the form:
- click the logo
- click the "Format" menu on the menu bar at the top of the screen (or right click on the logo)
- click the "Text Wrap" option
- click the "In Front of Text" option
- The logo should now be on top of the form and can be moved to your desired placement
- If the logo disappears behind the form:
- click the form
- click the "Format" menu on the menu bar at the top of the screen (or right click on the form)
- click the "Text Wrap" option
- click the "Behind Text" option
- you should see the inserted logo and be able to click and move it to your desired placement
- Print form
