SPECIAL FORMULA: BAKER'S ALL-WEATHER
"BAIT BLOCKS"
Rodenticide contains a select, choice combination of taste-tempting (to Rattus norvegicus and Rattus rattus). Ingredients blended with a high-potency anti-coagulant into a uniform, standard, ready-to-use rodenticide. No prebaiting required… just use as directed.
DIRECTIONS :
For control in Sanitary and combination Sanitary and Storm Sewers, secure a BAIT BLOCK® to one end of wire and attach other end of wire to bottom step of manhole ladder allowing just enough wire for BAIT BLOCK® to rest on manhole benching.
In sewers with no benching at manhole, secure BAIT BLOCK® to one end of wire and attach other end of wire to manhole ladder keeping BAIT BLOCK® above water level. A board may be placed across sewer resting on opposite steps and BAIT BLOCK® (secured to manhole ladder by wire) can be placed on board for the rodents to feed on.
For control in Storm Sewers: BAIT BLOCKS® can be suspended from sewer grates, with wire attached to grate so that the BAIT BLOCKS® remain a few inches above normal water level.
NOTE:
In all installations, BAIT BLOCKS® should be secured with wire so that they are not carried or floated away. Where rat infestations appear extremely heavy, use 2 or more BAIT BLOCKS® in each manhole.
KEEP TREATED AREAS WELL SUPPLIED:
Continuous feeding from 5 to 14 days should give control. BAKER'S ALL-WEATHER "BAIT BLOCKS"® should be available to rodents until complete lack of feeding is noticed. Never allow the treated areas to remain empty over 48 hours.
PRECAUTIONS:
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN
Keep away from pets, domestic animals and wildlife. Do not expose treated bait in areas accessible to children, dogs, domestic animals, and wildlife except when enclosed within a tamper-resistant bait box. Keep away from feed or food stuffs. Do not get in eyes, on skin or on clothing. Wash arms, hands and face with soap and water after handling and before eating or smoking.
FIRST AID:
If in eyes, flush with water for 15 minutes. If on skin, wash with soap and water. If swallowed, give patient one or two glasses of water and induce vomiting by touching back of the throat with a finger or blunt object; repeat until vomit fluid is clear. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Contact a physician or poison control center immediately.
TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION:
If ingested, administration of Vitamin K1 in the form of intravenous, intramuscular or subcutaneous injections, or by oral ingestion are suggested remedial treatments for anticoagulant poisoning. The severity of the case measured by establishing prolonged prothrombin times (P.T.) will determine appropriate therapy. Monitoring P.T. will indicate the necessity of repeated treatments.
ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS:
Keep out of lakes, streams or ponds.
DISPOSAL: Do not reuse empty container. Dispose of unused or spoiled bait in accordance with local requirements. Follow provincial instructions for any required cleaning of the container prior to its disposal. Make the empty container unsuitable for further use. Dispose of the container in accordance with provincial requirements. For more information on the disposal of unused, unwanted product and the cleanup of spills, contact the Provincial Regulatory Agency or the Manufacturer.
RODENT DISPOSAL:Dispose of dead rodents in garbage or by burying.

This control product is to be used only in accordance with the directions on this label. It is an offense under the Pest Control Products Act to use a control product under unsafe conditions.
FORMULE SPÉCIALE : BLOCS D’APPÂTS
TOUS TEMPS BAKER
Le rodenticide contient un mélange de choix de produits au goût tentant (pour le rattus norvegicus et le rattus rattus). Ingrédients mélangés avec un anticoagulant très puissant dans un rodenticide uniforme, standard, prêt à l’emploi. Pas d’appât préparatoire nécessaire ... à utiliser juste comme indiquer.
MODE D’EMPLOI :
Pour le contrôle des égouts sanitaires et combinaison égouts sanitaires et pour eaux de pluie, fixer un BLOC D’APPÂT à une extrémité d’un fil de fer et fixer l’autre extrémité du fil à la marche inférieure de l’échelle de regard en laissant juste assez de fil pour que le BLOC D’APPÂT repose sur le banc du regard.
Dans les égouts sans banc au regard, bloquer le BLOC D’APPÂT à une extrémité d’un fil de fer et fixer l’autre extrémité du fil à l’échelle du regard en gardant le BLOC D’APPÂT au-dessus du niveau d’eau. Une planche peut être placée en travers de l’égout en appui sur les marches opposées et le BLOC D’APPÂT (fixé à l’échelle du regard par un fil de fer) peut être placé sur la planche pour que les rongeurs le grignotent.
Pour la lutte préventive dans les égouts d’eaux de pluie : les BLOCS D’APPÂTS peuvent être suspendus depuis les grilles d’égout, avec le fil attaché à la grille pour que les BLOCS D’APPÂTS restent à quelques centimètres au-dessus du niveau normal de l’eau.
REMARQUE:
Dans toutes les installations, les BLOCS D’APPÂTS doivent être fixés avec du fil de fer pour qu’ils ne soient pas emmenés par les eaux d’égout. Lorsque les invasions par les rats sont très importantes, utiliser 2 BLOCS D’APPÂTS minimum par regard.
GARDER LES ZONE TRAITÉES BIEN GARNIES :
Une alimentation continue pendant 5 à 14 jours doit permettre d’obtenir un bon contrôle. Les BLOCS D’APPÂTS TOUS TEMPS BAKER doivent être offerts aux rongeurs jusqu’à noter un arrêt complet de leur alimentation. Ne jamais laisser le lieu traité dégarni pendant plus de 48 heures.
PRÉCAUTIONS : GARDER HORS DE LA PORTÉE
DES ENFANTS.
Garder à l’écart des animaux domestiques et des animaux sauvages. Ne pas exposer les appâts traités dans les zones fréquentées par les enfants, les chiens, les animaux domestiques, et les animaux sauvages sauf lorsqu’ils sont enfermés dans des boîtes à appâts solidement fermées. Garder à l’écart de la nourriture et de l’alimentation des animaux. Ne pas mettre dans les yeux, sur la peau ni sur les vêtements. Laver les bras, les mains, et le visage à l’eau et au savon après manipulation et avant de manger ou de fumer.
PREMIERS SOINS:
Dans les yeux, rincer à l’eau pendant 15 minutes. Sur la peau, laver à l’eau et au savon. En cas d’ingestion, faire boire un ou deux verres d’eau à la victime et provoquer des vomissement en touchant le fond de la gorge avec un doigt ou un objet émoussé; répéter jusqu’à ce que le fluide vomi soit clair. Ne rien faire avaler à une personne inconsciente. Contacter immédiatement un médecin ou un centre anti-poison.
RENSEIGNEMENTS TOXICOLOGIQUES :
En cas d’ingestion, l’administration de vitamines K1 sous forme intraveineuse, intramusculaire ou sous-cutanée, ou par voie orale est conseillée pour les empoisonnements par anti-coagulant. La sévérité du cas, mesurée en établissant le temps de Quick prolongé, détermine la thérapie appropriée. Le suivi du temps de Quick indique la nécessité de traitements répétés.
DANGERS POUR L’ENVIRONNEMENT :
Garder hors des lacs, des rivières et des mares.
ÉLIMINATION: Ne pas réutiliser le récipient vide. Jeter les appâts non utilisés ou contaminés conformément à la réglementation locale. Suivre les instructions provinciales pour tout nettoyage nécessaire du récipient avant de le jeter. Rendre le récipient vide inutilisable. Jeter le récipient conformément aux exigences provinciales. Pour plus d’informations sur l’élimination du produit non utilisé et indésirable et pour le nettoyage des renversements, contacter l'organisme provincial chargé de la réglementation du produit ou avec le fabricant.
ÉLIMINATION DES RONGEURS: Éliminer les rongeurs morts dans la poubelle ou les enterrer.
